When do you recommend a fast track?

If you are in pain or have urgent worries about infection.

Post-exposure prophylaxis: this is the use of powerful drugs, called antiretrovirals, to protect against HIV after high-risk unprotected sex. As they need to be started as soon as possible, urgent discussion with a specialist is recommended.
